On-Air Team

Kerry has over 40 years of experience in the radio industry. His leadership, wisdom and steadfastness are unmatched. When Kerry isn't leading worship on-air he loves to spend time with his family especially his 3 grandsons and granddaughter who bring so much joy to his life! Kerry is a graduate of the University of Northwestern where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcasting.

Sondra is a board-certified Christian life and mental health coach through the AACC and IBCC. When Sondra was a young girl, God called her to be a worship leader and singer, in which she has served ever since. 

She is also a speaker, writer, podcast producer, and host. Sondra enjoys conversations about motherhood, parenting, fitness, emotions, healing, and more. She is honored to be married to her wonderful husband, Nick, and blessed to have two sons.  

Ted graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis with a BA in Theatre Arts. After working in youth ministry for eight years, he got a degree in Radio Broadcasting from Brown College and has served at several Christian Twin Cities radio stations since. Ted is most thankful for his wife Stephanie and their two young adult daughters. He even enjoys working as an actor as time allows! Ted is honored to encourage listeners on the air and help them stay connected to Jesus.

Anna experienced the life changing love of Jesus as a teenager, which gave her a deep love for worship and God's Word. She has since served as a worship director for over 10 years alongside her husband, and has 3 beautiful children. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biblical & Theological Studies and also serves as an ambassador for Torchgrab Africa, helping bring education, meals, and the Gospel to children living in the slums across Kenya, East Africa. 

She is currently completing her Master's Degree in Counseling, and is honored to be a part of the praisefm team and experiencing Jesus together with listeners locally and around the world. 

praisefm is honored to have Wayne pursuing worldwide connections to help every tribe and nation experience Jesus. His background includes leading Reach Beyond and senior leadership positions at Moody Broadcasting, National Religious Broadcasters, Christian Music Broadcasters, and Northwestern Media (KTIS). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, TV, and Psychology as well as a Master of Theology from Free Lutheran Theological Seminary.

Born in Jordan to a missionary family, Kari developed a heart for worship early in life. She leads worship at a north metro church and with a band at youth events. Kari is thrilled to join the praisefm team and help others experience Jesus.

Jennifer leads worship on-air from Ghana, Accra. She has dedicated her life to sharing Jesus through radio ministry and is a wife and mother.

Fredua joined the praisefm team in 2021. He began his radio career in 2009 at Spirit 88.3 fm and hosts on-air from Ghana, Kumasi. He is a graduate of the Ghana Baptist University College and is a librarian. He is also the host of the Inspirational Morning Drive at Spirit FM and a presenter for praisefm Africa. Fredua is forming partnerships with affiliates who broadcast praisefm programming across Africa. He looks forward to cultivating deeper relationships with the affiliates and adding more to the family! He is married to Agatha, and they have two daughters and a son.

Charlotte broadcasts from Namibia and has a background in radio broadcasting leadership and counseling. She is a wife and mother and is active in her church and community.
